Forms Personalization examples

We have need of a personalization on the Transactions Forms to not allow invoices that share the same number (but are in fact different invoices) be displayed during a query.  The dupliate invoice has a total invoice amount of zero. We only want to restrict these zero amount duplicates from queries.
