Append lines from Order Requisition (P43E060) to a generated purchase order

Hi All,

Is it possible to append orphan lines from P43E060 for order requisition to already generated purchase orders?  We had issues where the purchasing agent did not select all the rows in P43E060 for the same requisition prior to generating the purchase order.  Instead of manually modifying the purchase order is there a way to append the orphan lines?
