Wage Attachment Limit Rule for Virginia Garnishments

I noticed that HRMS has a Wage Attachment Limit Rule for the state of Virginia garnishments, with Max Withholding Duration of 180 Days.  Is this a known bug? I verified with Virginia Department of Labor that there is no such maximum duration on garnishments in Virginia.  Please advise.
