Transfer attachment files from siebel File system to shared directory for further processing(Imaging

Hello All,

We have a requirement in our project for transferring the attachments from siebel File system to a shared folder for further processing the document. The siebel Version we use is 8.2.2.2 and it is the opportunity attachment. When the user is done with the attachment, the file needs to be picked up from the siebel FS and copied to a shared folder where the file is further processed(imaged). Once imaged the status needs to be changed in the attachment, the imaged files needs to be removed from the siebel file system to free space.

Please let me know how to proceed with the approach and suggestions to complete this task.
