Any EDD experts out there?

Any EDD experts out there?  Emails sent from P43500, using a DreamWriter version with spooled file export parms,  do not go out with a cc (carbon copy) email address, even though there is one in the Distribution Profile used.  Emails sent from menu G00E, the EDD Email/Print Client option, using this same Distribution Profile do go out with a cc email address.  Anybody seen this problem?  Thanks.
