Sales Order Getting BackOrdered when Item is Reservable at Item Master but SubInventory is non-reser

Hello,

Set up:

1. The item must be set to reservable ( the reservable flag in the Master Items form is checked)
2. Negative balances is allowed ('Negative Balances Allowed attribute in the Organization Parameters form is checked)
3. Set profile WSH: Overpicking Enabled  to YES
4. Set profile GMI: Allow Negative Inventory  to YES
5. Default Subinventory for the item using the Item Transaction Default window is Setup.

Fact: Reservation control for a subinventory overrides reservation control for an item. In other words, if an item is reservable but a subinventory is not, the item quantity in that subinventory is not reservable.

What is happening: Sales Order Getting BackOrdered even when Item is Reservable at Item Master but SubInventory is non-reservable.
