Need to upload Tax Exempt file in AR.

Hello:

      We've a requirement for uploading Tax Exempt Codes in Customer Tax Profile. I would like to know if there is any public API, which we can use for the load.

       If so, then please let me know the name of the API, which I can use. If not then, what is the other alternate approach of loading the Tax Exempt Codes to Customer Tax Profile.

       Any help would be greatly appreciated!
