Not able to Advance Customize Object to 38

Hi,

I'm not able to advance my OMW project from 28 to status 38 and the error keep saying that , The following object is already transferred.

This customize object is not exist in PD910. Only in DV910 and PY910.

Kindly advice.

The following object is already transferred.  This is comparing the

last changed time/date of the source object with that of the target object.

If the source object is newer, the object is transferred.  If it is not,
