How to run "MasterCard CDF Transaction Loader and Validation Program" in R12.1.3

Hi,

We want to import credit card  transactions (in cdf file format version 2) to AP_CREDIT_CARD_TRXNS_ALL table, Someone please explain, where to place this file?( In application server or client machine)  and what should be the value for parameter "Data File" with example.
