Automated nightly LCM backups

I have a .bat file, which calls various xml files, which auto-backup various applications objects (HPCM, Planning, ASO etc) via LCM & places the objects into designated folders on the foundation server.  All of the apps are working, except HPCM.  This is the error I get:

EPMLCM-16000:failed to authenticate user

If anyone can share some insight into how to resolve this issue, I would appreciate it.
