Grease Manufacturing industry

We are working for client manufacturing grease and related fluids.

We are currently in business requirement gathering phase.

Is there any idea of mapping business process - discrete or process ?

So typically grease manufacturing process is simple and continuous - Big mixer with all required ingredients - heat and mix and output can be packed in different size of containers.

Our client have different item number if they sale it in different size containers ( 10 KG, 100 KG, 50 KG etc.. )

I can see multiple ways to map this using discrete or process manufacturing.

Is there a preferred way as Oracle may have implemented it with other similar product company.
