Hello. I have an error i alert log.

my sessions configuration parameter is 10872... open cursors 400 .. I use oracle 12c ODA machine 256 gb ram, 50 tb database. 72 cpu and 2 node rac primary and 2 node rac dataguard. I see my waits grow and i see this alerts in alert log. DAta can't be inserted by user, application. one more configuration is
