How do we increase the timeout length of time on the technician portal?
Seems like our timeout setting for the tech portal is rather short. Maybe 10 minutes? Is there a setting? Profile? Something we can set to increase the length of time the for this timeout?
We get "ALOT" of "stale" data errors etc.. seemingly from waiting too long to move on the tech portal.
