How does the column AIF_PS_JOB_STG.C_EFFDT_ENDDATE gets populated

In Hyperion 11.1.2.3.500

We are using FDMEE out of Box HR_data_load Rule to load data from PSoft into FDMEE.

We had mapped Option_End_date for Salary Step Details with C_EFFDT_ENDDATE and unable to understand where and how this gets populated.

Any inputs are highly appreciated.
