ALERT: DB Control 11.2.0.4 fails to start after applying Windows July Bundle to the DB

Hi ,

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up.  If you are running your 11.2.0.4 DB on a Windows platform and you install the July Windows Bundle 11.2.0.4.160719 (Patch 23530402), the DB Control app will fail to start.  We are working on a fix but a workaround is documented in Note 2171895.1
