Creating Oracle Alert (Email notification) for Autoinvoice program

Hi guys,

I want to create Oracle alert for autoinvoice program. Actual situation is, when autoinvoice program not run at all (Due to some server issues), then it has to trigger alert.

Also, I created sample alert but I am not getting email notification. This is very urgent..
