"Error: HazardID is not found in the UDC"

HI All,

I need to add new code in UDC 41/06 and system is allowed me to add UDC. but when I'm  trying to use this UDC code in item master (field SRP6) system is throwing  error- "Error: HazardID is not found in the UDC"

can anyone help me to get out of this.

This is bit urgent and need immediate reply. Thanks in advance.
