Siebel IP13 to IP16 Upgrade : UPGPHYS Failed at DBCheck

Hi MOSC Team, All,

Siebel IP13 to IP16 Upgrade : UPGPHYS Failed at DBCheck being the last steps of UPGPHYS process.

Please suggest me how to take it forward.

I found one doc [ Dbchck errors - Mismatch between Physical and Dictionary schema (Doc ID 1332810.1) ] as well. Please help me out should I proceed with the suggestions or follow a different approach.
