Markup percent pricing for service contract renewals by business group

Currently we set markup percentage pricing for service
contracts in the global contract defaults by OU however we are finding
that we have different percentages required within the OU by business group .
Is there a way to set markup percent by business group for service contract
renewals . They are using only one corporate pricelist per OU so cannot
break it down by price list either
