Reset user approval password on Agile

Hi,

Can someone help me on this one

All the users have a generic agile login password which is Agile authenticated and When it comes to user's approval password on changes, the system is taking user's AD account password instead of the generic password which should be same as login password

Can anyone let me know how to reset approval passwords to match generic login password so that there is no AD authentication is involved
