Tax is not being calculated for Project Invoice

Hi Experts,

We have created tax and multiple tax rates under the same tax. But not able to apply the desired tax rate on project invoice even assigned tax rate code to project.When there is a default tax rate for rule type "Determine Tax Rate" then tax  is being  calculated regardless of tax classification code on project.

Kindly suggest.
