Saving format changes at application level in a global domain environment

Hi Experts,

                I faced the following issue in my application. When I do the formatting changes by right-clicking the measure and then going to format and then selecting the appropriate data type (Number or Date/time) and then modifying the format of the measure. After this change, when I clear the existing formatting changes by going to the Menu option Format -> Delete Formats. Clicking once of "Just Me" and then "For My Group -> admin" and "For Everyone" and then saving the format using the menu option Format -> Save formats -> Save All.
