E1 Page not showing description in hover text

I am trying to build an E1 page and in some of the examples I have seen the following being used

@C:appId=P0411|version=ZJDE0005|description=P0411_DESCR:Multi Voucher-Multi Supplier:runE1App('P0411','W0411G','ZJDE0005')

When i test the E1 page, i just get the text P0411_DESCR in the hover. Just wondering if somebody has seen this work and where it's pulling this description from?

Versions that I am using is Apps Release - 9.1, Tools Release - 9.1.4.2 and E1 page generator - V4.1.2
