LOS life event back-out results into 'APP-PAY-07220' Post HRMS 12.1 RUP9 application.

We recently applied patch R12.HR_PF.B.DELTA.9 (HRMS 12.1 RUP9) in out development  and testing instance. Now whenever we try to back-out 'Length of service Changed' life event we get error "APP-PAY-07220: The primary key specified is invalid".

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? We have SR open with Oracle but no luck so far.
