Oracle database service failed to start in cluster mode

Hi Expert,

I have problem when startup Oracle 12c run in solaris cluster mode,

here is the following warning logs when observing while resource-DB was being startup :

root@dbdesktop01#pwd

/var/opt/SUNWscor/oracle_server

root@dbdesktop01#ls -l

total 174

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 88309 Aug 16 23:44 message_log.db-srv-rs

root@dbdesktop01#tail -f message_log.db-srv-rs
