Element Entry Value - Amount Warning message

In the Element Entry screen, we keep getting an Warning message "Value is not within range:  to 180" (please see attached screenshot.jpg) when entering an amount greater than the maximum value for a particular element.

I tried to increase the maximum value from 180 to 250 via Total Compensation>Basic>Element Description>Input Value screen (Maximum field), but the warning message still shows 180 as the maximum value.

Am I missing something or is there other places to set up the maximum?
