Install Forms and Reports in a new Oracle Home (12.2.1.1)

Good evening,

I'm trying to install Forms and Reports Deployment type in a new oracle home instead of middleware home. This is the error while installing in silent mode:

Validations are enabled for this session.

Verifying data

[VALIDATION] [ERROR]:INST-07550: Unable to find dependent featuresets for the selected installation type. The following prerequisites were found to be missing:

em_fmc - 12.2.1.1.0wls_server - 12.2.1.1.0

[VALIDATION] [SUGGESTION]:Select a different install type or provide a different Oracle Home having all dependencies. Check http://www.oracle.com/pls/topic/lookup?ctx=fmw122110&id=installhome for details about compatible products and install types.
