Anybody getting this on T5240 after replacing DIMM's?

I replaced DIMM's on a T5240, cleared the fault on both the ILOM and the OS command line.  I still get the errors

Chassis | major: Host detected fault, MSGID: SUN4V-8002-42

Chassis | major: Host detected fault, MSGID: SUN4V-8002-3R

Verified that the DIMM's were replaced correctly per the diagram on the service document provided to me on the MOS from the Oracle support person.  Anyone run in to this?  I've replaced many DIMM's and never had this issue before.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
