Oracle report (rdf)

Hi All,

I have an old CEMLI that uses an RDF (Oracle report) to generate some output in a format suitable for a mainframe system in my company. I have been tasked with making a small change however I do not have the client tool required to open and edit the rdf file. I've looked at Oracle Forms and Report builder but it required me to create a middleware home which required the installation of the Weblogic server and 64-bit JDK. All of which seemed pretty excessive to change '5th Floor' to '1st Floor' on some report output.
