UPK for Advance Pricing, Purchase not opening up

Hello

Download UPK documented software  from Edelivery site of Advance Pricing_V137912-01 and Purchasing V32676-01  and found these are not opening when i tried Chrome / Internet Explorer ( clicked player Package and Play ),  Where as other UPK documented software working for the same browsers like Sales, Inventory, Grower Management etc.,

Also for Pricing only JobAid folder was there. But no folders of Test Doc /SPD.

I attach the error here. Any help is appreciated
