Not able to create asset for an inter org receipt in the destination org

Problem Description

We are setting up bulk items in the system.The item is install base tracked and asset creation flag is turned on but not serialized.

We are initiating an inter org transfer from one org to other inv org.

The inventory transactions are happening properly and the transactions are moving from inventory install base without any issue.

We are running the Interface move transaction program in IB (Interface Move Transactions to Oracle Assets)to push the transactions to FA which will create the new asset in the destination org and initiate the retirement in the source org.
