drill through from parent level

Hello,  We are on 11.1.2.3 using Planning and FDM classic.  Due to limitations in this release we devised a way to leverage the hierarchy from Planning to enable a drill through to the FDM data using a level 1 or higher member.  This allows the business to analyze the data across companies for the same cost center or perhaps multiple accounts under an expense parent.  This was the business reason we developed the drill through back when 11.1.2.3.000 (FDM classic) was around.

Now we are looking to upgrade and FDM Classic is no longer available with 11.1.2.4 or higher.  My final question is:

Do any of the newer release of Hyperion EPM Planning support drilling from a parent level to the transactional data in FDM?  We would consider ERPI but that too does not allow only level zero drill capability.  Plus the user then needs to have a license to ERP.  Not all our users are licensed but they do perform analysis and budget reporting.
