OLM No Java Tracking not working

Hi Experts

We have 12.2.4 and configured OLM with weblogic 10.3.6

We created No JAVA scorm . When we play oracle sample scorm we are getting below errors.

LMSGetValue(CMI.core.lesson_location) failed. Communication Exception

LMSGetValue(CMI.core.lesson_status) failed. Communication Exception

LMSGetValue(CMI.suspend_data) failed. Communication Exception

After give all this error the content is started but tracking is not working. Whereas we do not see any such errors when we run thirdparty content but tracking is not working
