ECE - Policy Driven Charging - Sy (SLR/SLA)

As part of our implementation, we are integrating ECE 11.3 with Openet PCRF for policy driven charging.

So we have following usecase, i.e.

UseCase 1 --> Base Plan with NightTime Add-On Pack

Base Plan Click 5 GB $100/month Total Quota = 5GB Download Speed = 1Mbps Counter = KBU Offer profile label: Normal Over_threshold_75 Over_threshold_90 Threshold_exceeded

Add-On Plan NightTime Allowance $50/month Night Time  Quota = 2 GB [ valid  from 00:00 till 06:00 hours ] Download Speed = 2 Mbps Counter = BONUSA Offer profile label: Normal Over_threshold_75 Over_threshold_90 Threshold_exceeded

So in this scenario, where customer has opted for both base plan and Add-On Plan, BSS would provision both base plan and add-on plan to PCRF.
