InBound WS after migrating to IP2015 in new environment

Hi,

After migrating to IP2015, in (new) Dev environment, i cant operate InBound WS that works fine in my old Dev environment.

I use SoapUI, and get "Error in authenticating the user" error.

When i change the InWS's addres to my old Dev - all is fine.

So, it something on SiebServr machine ? on Siebel parameters/configuration ?

Any suggestion/direction is welcome...
