Unifier Mobile Enhancements - Data Pickers and Off-Line Capabilities

Here at New York Presbyterian, we have created a mobile BP that does fire safety inspections.  It's essentially a form that acts as a survey and is submitted each hour as inspectors do their rounds.  Granted Unifier Mobile isn't beautiful and there were a few issues (thank you to Oracle for moving the Search/New buttons on the log so we wouldn't need to scroll through hundreds of records just to create a new one) However works really well for our purposes and we are very happy with it.

Once we heard that there would be a dedicated mobile app we got excited as we were promised off-line functionality.  A major problem we run into is that a lot of our construction sites are underground without wifi or cell service.  Without that, we can't perform the inspections with mobile devices.  I am not sure how the off-line functionality is being designed to work, but I would like it so that we would be able to create a few records and then have them sync with Unifier once the user gets back to somewhere with connectivity.  There should be another
