Hello,

We are running Oracle Database 11G Standard Edition Version 11.2.0.3.0 on Windows Server 2008 R2. 
The server has 4 cores and 10GB of memory.  The database parameter memory_target is set at 7G. 
Since we are running Standard Edition, I set up Statspack to collect snapshots every 20 minutes
at level 0.  The application using the database is Documaker (Oracle product) which runs on
another server, so we are not developing the tables or SQL.  This application uses a lot of LOB space.

We recently ran a batch test in which several thousand transactions were dumped into the Documaker
input folder for processing (hot folder).  During the processing I monitored Windows task manager
