FA_RESERVE_LEDGER_ITF size issue

Could someone help us with a possible issue in FA_RESERVE_LEDGER_ITF?  Our instance has 82 GB of data in this table and it seems to be causing issues with the the running of our Tax reserve ledger report.  I can provide back up logs if needed.
