Receiving transaction stuck in pending

Hi:

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

We have PO approved and in receiving status. The receiving transaction processor completed normal.

However, it is showing pending and qty showing zero cannot correct it. When checked on inventory side, it is not showing.

There are some inventory transaction worker failed, but the later one it was running fine.

So, in this case we are not sure what to proceed. Please advise. Thanks.
