Get Next Work Button Disabled in Agent Dash Board but the functionality "Get Work" is working in For

We are upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to Release 12.2.5 and intend to use Agent Dashboard. On opening the agent dashboard the "Get Next Work" Button is disabled and the page is throwing a warning of incomplete setup and to contact systems admin. The Forms UWQ is working as intended and is assigning work using the get next work button. Is there any setup that's missing for HTML UWQ ?

Haven't seen this issue in Vision R12.2.5.
