Automate the MOVE Order Requisition Process

Hi All,

we have below requirement :

1- If we have specific material available  in a specific sub inventory , then Move Order  should get created  and should be be transacted and MOVE ORDER ISSUE should take place.

We wish to know the logic for this, Any standard API name ,If anyone can share code if readily available.
