WLST is not able to activate the changes

HI,

I am using a pythin script and when I execute it is not throwing any error but failing to activate the changes.

Error:

Saving all your changes ...

Saved all your changes successfully.

Activating all your changes, this may take a while ...

The edit lock associated with this edit session is released

once the activation is completed.

This Exception occurred at Thu Aug 18 09:19:50 UTC 2016.

java.lang.RuntimeException: Timed out waiting for completion
