Forward a CTOCHORD notification

Everytime a change is done on a Sales Order with a configurated item, we get a CTOCHORD notification. As we don´t use planners, the notification would be sent to SYSADMIN.

We want to be able to forward the notification to the person who created the Sales Order, but when I check on WF_NOTIFICATIONS I cannot find any field to get a relationship with OE_ORDER_HEADERS_ALL and be able to get the creator from that table.

Is there any way to get that relationship?

I wanted to be able to run this APPS.wf_notification.forward with the notifications and the user who created the changed SO.
