Looking for Suggestion on Multiple Map in E-commerce Gateway

Since multiple mapping is not supported in E-Commerce Gateway, looking for input, experiences or workaround for utilizing multiple maps. Alternate mapping had been considered but it does not provide the expected result since it appears to generate a partial file, specifically for outbound flows. We are aware that xml gateway and B2B gateway support multiple maps.

Since the current E-Commerce Gateway only supports one map per transaction, does anyone have any experience on how to work around this?
