Siebel 8.1.1.14 SSO Windows Integrated Authentication adds domain during login

Siebel 8.1.1.14 SSO works for me in my Sandbox environment:

- windows server 2012 R2

- web server IIS 8.5

I have issue in my development environment:

- windows server 2008 R2

- web server IIS 7.5
