Dear Colleagues,

GL R12.1.3

When I open the file generated by Web ADI from GL (e.g. Currency Rates Manager , Journals, etc.)  I get the following message:

Your document is being created.

Do not close this window until processing completes.

It does not finish. I do not get any spreadsheet to upload data (currency rates, journals, etc.).

Could you please recommend a solution.
