TDE wallet Auto login.

I created a TDE wallet for one of my databases with single-sign-on (wallet.sso). The problem is, the wallet does not open automatically after database restart. I checked the "wallet.sso" file and all the permissions are right. What could be the cause of the issue? Your help will be very much appreciated. Thanks.
