Seeded Federal Payables AAD Deleted by Patch-12.1.X: SLA RECOMMENDED PATCH COLLECTION - FEB 2016

So we have customized SLA based of the seed oracle  files. With this new patch, our merge analysis shows that Federal Payables AAD Deleted is being deleted. My question is, we have so many custom AAD's that are based on the seeded one provided by oracle. What impact will it have on our customizations? Why is the seeded Federal Payables AAD being deleted by oracle?
