Proper way to open support request for OS issue
I have a few X5-2's covered with Premier Support. What is the proper way to open a SR for OS issues with them that are not hardware related? If I open a SR under the "Hardware" tab then I enter my serial number, but Oracle Linux and Oracle VM don't appear under the software section. If I pick the "Software Tab" then I can pick Oracle Linux or Oracle VM, but the CSI number for my servers isn't listed as an option I can pick.
