Period keeps changing

From a user:

I have logged into ARM several times and changed the period to JUL-2016.  However, the period opens in JUN-2016 even though I have logged out with July date.

It’s a minor inconvenience but I wondered if there was some sort of system glitch that wasn’t keeping my last screen data intact.
